Maintenance Engineer
Location; Southwark
Contract;
Hourly rate; £14.42 - £16.52 p h
Monday - Friday; 40 hrs
Working on a multi site local authority contract based in Southwark urgently looking for a maintenance engineer to assist with maintenance issues on equipment within prestigious buildings.
Duties may include:- Carry out PPM Reactive maintenance work within Commercial environments
- Reporting any additional works to Supervisors
- Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Team Leader Assist with all related Health Safety matters
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements at all times
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general
Qualifications:- The Successful maintenance engineer will need to hold a recognised Plumbing qualification Carpentry / building general qualifications in building services Experience in a leisure public venue environment advantageous
