Location- Rowley Regis *B65*
Hourly Rate £10.00 - £11.45 per hour
Contract- 2 months initially covering Long term sick leave
Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours per week (10.30am till 18.30pm)
MUST HAVE AN IN DATE ENHANCED DBS/ CRB
Working for a leading FM company, we urgently require a Hands on Caretaker, to be responsible for the building fabric works across 3 Highly sensitive local authority properties in Rowley Regis
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance of building fabric across the commercial sites.
- Working to PPM's and Reactive work orders
- To ensure that the Line Manager is kept well informed of all aspects of safety performance, plant performance and customer circumstances which may impact upon the safe, efficient, reliable and cost effective operation of the plant equipment
Candidates MUST! Have an in date ENHANCED DBS/ CRB due to the nature of the work/ contract
