Our client, a medium sized housing maintenance contractor are looking for a multi-trader to join their rapidly growing team. Work would consist of going into both void and occupied social housing properties working in St Albans carrying out repairs and maintenance works.
The successful multi-trader would ideally be able to carry out carpentry, plumbing and tiling works.
This role is working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful carpenter will be subject to a DBS check and should hold a full UK Driving licence.
