Commercial/ Domestic Plumber
Location; Falmer (Static Site)
Contract initial 3 month contract
Hourly rate £14.42 - £16.35 p/h
Monday- Friday- 40 hrs
Working on a multi-site local authority contract based in South and East London urgently looking for an experience Commercial/ Domestic Plumber to assist with maintenance issues on routine maintenance and reactive faults down on a static site based in Falmer
Duties for the Commercial/ Domestic Plumber are as follows;
- Carry out P.P.M/ Reactive, Service, test, diagnose, repair and calibrate advanced mechanical installations, plant and equipment.
- Attend reactive call out in line with KPI's
- Report into supervisors and Helpdesk frequently
- Maintain, install, and operate, mechanical equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites; this includes but not limited to: Pumps, AHU's, Plumbing Systems, Water Treatment Systems, Pressurisation Units, Heat Exchangers and Calorifiers.
