Looking for a Maintenance planner to work for a leading Building maintenance company based in Kingston.
Duties for the Maintenance planner may include;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Provide customer service to tenants
- Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
- Liaising with subcontractor and engineers
- Generic administration duties
