Multi Trader Carpenter/Plumber
Location: South London
Hourly Rate: 17 Ltd
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am- 5 pm
Contract: Ongoing
MUST HAVE USE OF OWN VEHICLE AND TOOLS
Our Client is Looking for an Experienced Carpenter or Plumber multi-trader for a Leading building maintenance company carrying out reactive and PPM's within social housing in South London.
Must be experienced in; Plumbing i.e kitchens, Bathrooms and toilets, OR Carpentry i.e Kitchen fitting, hanging doors, cupboards and skirting boards OR other main trades all within repairs and maintenance within social housing sector.
A full UK Driving licence and good communication skills are essential
