Junior Helpdesk Administrator
Temp to Perm
Hourly rate £10.20 per hour
Urgently looking for someone to start ASAP!
Location; Canary Wharf
Working for a large and well established Facilities Maintenance Company. We are looking for a Junior Helpdesk Administrator;- Issue POs for quoted works and update the quote log
- Raise reactive works where required, make sure the log books are updated,
- Generate and schedule PPM
- Escalated client queries to sub-contractors and review the progress until works are completed to standard
- Delivering on call and out of hours phone service
- Ensuring out of hours work is followed up with a site visit to check quality of work provided by the sub-contractor
- Ensure qualification registers are updated
- Meet engineers to collect paperwork and discuss issues
- Generate client monthly report
The successful Junior Helpdesk Administrator must go through a high-level security clearance.
