Interim FM Account Director
Salary; up to £75,000 per annum depending on experience

Working for a leading Facilities Management company on a contract based in East London, we're looking for an experienced FM Account Director to lead a Busy Local Authority contract within London and surrounding areas
Ideally you will be skilled in the successful management of Hard Services along with Catering and Cleaning contracts.
The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the P&C Sector Director, the Sales and Marketing Team, the SHEQ team, the Projects Team and other supporting teams to identify and exploit opportunities to grow the business in the portfolio
Duties will include- Managing client relationships by understanding their contractual needs and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of all SLA's.
- Being commercially responsible for all P L on the contract, ensuring budget management is carefully adhered.
- Ensuring all company H&S obligations are met by all staff on the contract.
- Management of the estates and participating in the Business Development to promote growth within the contract
- Ensuring all Technical Hard Services are compliant and resources are utilised to the best of the contract ability.
- Providing company reports on KPI's to Senior Management/end clients
The successful candidate will be required to go through a level of security clearance (DBS)
