Hourly Rate: £16.00 ltd + Van + Fuel Card

Looking for a Maintenance multi-trader (Carpentry Bias) for a Leading building maintenance company based in Barnet and surrounding areas carrying out reactive and Pre planned maintenance carpentry tasks within social housing.
Key Experience
- Carpentry (Doors, Windows, skirting boards cupboards)
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Plastering
- Plumbing (kitchens, Bathrooms, toilets, ect..)
- Basic electrics
- Painting and decorating
Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to drive
- Good time keeping and attendance
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
