27-29k + Van + Benefits + OTE 30k+

Medium sized housing maintenance contractor are looking for a hardworking kitchen/bathroom fitters to join their planned works team. The successful kitchen/bathroom fitter will be working in both void and occupied social housing properties from High Wycombe across to Harlow.
Works will include:
Kitchen Fitter - Strip out, Plumbing, Plastering (making good), Decorating, minor tiling.
Bathroom Fitter - Strip out, Decorating, Plastering (making good), Tiling, Bath Panels, Skirting, Fitting/Plumbing baths, WC's and showers.
The successful kitchen / bathroom fitters will be working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a contract basis. Experience working within social housing properties is desirable.
Own van and tools are essential requirements for this role.
