Multi-Trader (Plumbing Bias)
Location: Heathrow
Salary: £34,000 + van and fuel card
Monday - Friday

Looking for a Maintenance multi-trader for a Leading building maintenance company based in Heathrow area carrying out reactive and PPM's within social housing.
Duties will include:
- Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
- Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids
- Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
- Assembles fittings and valves for installation
- Installs heating and air-conditioning systems, including water heaters
- Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
- Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair
- Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes
- Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts
Essential
- Time served plumber
- Experience in all aspects of plumbing work
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and regulations
- Must have good knowledge of carpentry and other multi trade skills
Qualifications:
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent recognised City and Guilds craft certificate (plumbing)
- Valid clean UK driving license
