Electrician - Domestic Housing
Salary: £28,000-£32,000 + Van and Fuel Card
Location: Staines
Temp- Perm

Our client is a large building maintenance company looking for a Qualified electrician to carry out maintenance works primarily on Voids properties within but may be asked to carry out some works on other occupied properties.
The ideal Candidate
- Deliver a consistent, right first time approach
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work well within a team and equally alone with minimal supervision
- Carry out NICEIC electrical installation condition reports (EICR)
- Maintain stock levels for efficient working to carry out the daily jobs volume.
- Demonstrate a good degree of electrical knowledge and experience to carryout fault location and carryout repairs/ replacement i.e. sockets, fans, smoke detectors & lighting.
- Carry out PAT testing on behalf of PPS ( training provided)
As a minimum you should have:
- Must have Level 3 qualification in electrical installation work e.g. C&G 2330, 2360, 2357, 2365
- Must have full UK driving license
- Must have C&G 2382 17th Edition
Preferable Inspection and testing qualification e.g. C&G 2391, 2394 + 2395
