Mobile Plumber
Location; South London within M25
Contract initial 3 month contract
Hourly rate £14.42 - £16.83 p/h + Van provided
Monday- Friday- 40 hrs
Working on a multi-site local authority contract based in South and East London urgently looking for a Mobile Plumber to assist with maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within prestigious buildings
Duties for the Mobile Plumber are as follows;
- Carry out P.P.M/ Reactive, Service, test, diagnose, repair and calibrate advanced mechanical installations, plant and equipment.
- Attend reactive call out in line with KPI's
- Report into supervisors and Helpdesk frequently
- Maintain, install, and operate, mechanical equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites; this includes but not limited to: Pumps, AHU's, Plumbing Systems, Water Treatment Systems, Pressurisation Units, Heat Exchangers and Calorifiers.
