M&E Supervisor
Permanent
Location; West London
Up to £41,800 per annum
Monday - Friday 40 hours
Working for an expanding FM company based in London looking after a Commercial Local Authority buildings we're looking for an experienced M&E Supervisor.
Supervising a team of engineers within West London, you must be highly experienced within Local Authority of Government buildings, managing on-site maintenance across both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
Building occupants and visitors are high profile professionals, so candidates should ideally have experience working within an environment of a similar nature.
There will also be an element of managing sub-contract labour - so experience of dealing with risk assessments and co-ordination of technical staff is paramount.
Duties may include;- Manage Hard service works including both planned and reactive jobs across the site
- Manage M&E Engineer staffing levels
- Manage client SLA's and site KPI's
- Assisting with on-site internal and external audit procedures
- Managing and delivering small work projects.
- Managing on site H&S Compliance
