Location- Falmer, East Sussex
Salary- £23,000 - £25,000 per annum dependent on experience
Hours - Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Are you a Multi Trader looking for a new challenge, if so we have an opportunity working on a commercial site. An established Leading facilities maintenance company are looking for a Fabric Engineer to join their team on a large Campus based in Falmer.
Main Responsibilities for the role:
- Decorating
- Small patch repairs to plastering
- Fitting kitchen units
- Small carpentry/joinery works
- Tiling
- Ground works I.E slab laying
- Small patch repairs for roofing (potential training if required)
- Small plumbing works
- Gully and guttering clearance and repair
- Working internally and externally
Desired for the role:
Previous building and fabric experience will be required.
Good knowledge of health and safety procedures required.
Driving licence preferred but not essential.
Pasma and Ipaf would be an advantage.
