Maintenance Call Handler
Location: Croydon
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £20,000
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Working for a leading building maintenance Company, on a Social housing contract based in Croydon
The duties for the Maintenance Call Handler
- Liaising with tenants and local authorities
- Taking inbound calls and managing emergency Maintenance
- Liaising with staff and transferring maintenance calls to correct department
- Submitting requests
- Liaising with engineers, contractors and clients
- Closing jobs on the system once completed
- Recording the request on the relevant system
- Ensuring that all queries are resolved quickly and efficiently
- General administration.
