Accounts Administrator
Salary £24,000 per annum
Location; Islington
Monday to Friday- 40 hrs 8.30pm till 17.00pm
Temp to Permanent
Urgently looking for an accounts Administrator to start immediately for a local authority contract based in Islington, experience is not essential however a hard work ethic and reliability is a must!
Accounts Payable
- Raise purchase orders
- Raise work orders
- Receipt invoices
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Request remittance advises from our accounts payable whenever required
- Place Janitorial / Uniform orders or any required orders
- Liaise with Procurement / Accounts Payable in regards to suspended supplier accounts
- Liaise with suppliers in regards to invoices and account queries
- Amend variations
- Maintain PPM tracker up to date
- Maintain Janitorial spenditure tracker up to date
HR
- Record staff absences / Annual leave on SAP
- Liaise with premises managers in regards to staff absences
- Attend disciplinary / investigation meetings
- Place orders whenever required.
- Deal with daily post
