Our client, a medium sized housing maintenance contractor are looking for multi-traders to join their rapidly growing team. Work would consist of going into both void and occupied social housing properties working on either a contract based in St Albans or North West London carrying out repairs and maintenance works.
The successful multi-trader would ideally be able to carry out plumbing, carpentry, plastering and tiling works.
This role is working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a temp to perm basis. The successful multi-trader will be subject to a DBS check and should hold a full UK Driving licence.
