Maintenance Coordinator
Permanent
Salary £20,000- £23,000 per annum
Location; Uxbridge
Monday to Friday- 40 hrs per week
Looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to work for an up and coming Maintenance/ Security Company based in London on an exciting yet highly sensitive contract within the public sector
- Issue PO's for quoted works and update the quote log
- Raise reactive works where required, make sure the log books are updated,
- Generate and schedule PPM
- Escalated client queries to sub-contractors and review the progress until works are completed to standard
- Delivering on call and out of hours phone service
- Ensuring out of hours work is followed up with a site visit to check quality of work provided by the sub-contractor
- Ensure qualification registers are updated
- Meet engineers to collect paperwork and discuss issues
- Generate client monthly report
