Minor Works Estimator
Temp to Perm/ Perm
Salary £28,000- £32,000 based on experience
Location; Canning Town
Monday- Friday 40hrs
Urgently looking for a Minor works Estimator to come on board our clients rapidly expanding team based in East London,
You must have experience of preparing quotations within a maintenance or FM sector. Completing quotations on post work orders on Reactive maintenance works as well as the estimating of maintenance works Electrical/Mechanical/Fabric up to around £5k,
Must be able to demonstrate the following
- An understanding of pricing strategies
- Ability to effectively control cost and value
- Competent working knowledge of Word, Outlook and excellent Excel skills
