Our client, a medium sized housing maintenance contractor are looking for a planner/scheduler to join the rapidly growing busy team. The role will be based in the clients office is St.Albans and duties will include:- Taking inbound calls from tenants phoning in with maintenance and repairs
- Scheduling engineers appointments to go out to the tenants homes
- Escalating any queries further when required
The successful planner should have good customer service skills and ideally have planning experience within a maintenance department.
