Fabric Handyperson
Location- Falmer East Sussex
Hourly Rate £11.06 per hour
½ weeks contract covering leaver
40 Hours p/w
Working for a leading FM company, we urgently require a Mobile Fabric Handyperson, to be responsible for the building fabric works across the contract.
Looking after commercial properties on a Local Authority contract, you will be responsible for responding to reactive works along with assigned PPM's.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance of building fabric across the commercial sites.
- Working to PPM's and Reactive work orders
- Required to identify, rectify or communicate any deviation from safe operational levels during the shift.
- To ensure that the Line Manager is kept well informed of all aspects of safety performance, plant performance and customer circumstances which may impact upon the safe, efficient, reliable and cost effective operation of the plant equipment
