Gas Maintenance Planner
Start date: ASAP
Contract: Temp - Perm
London; Aldershot
Hourly rate: £9.38-£10.51 p/h
Looking for a Maintenance planner to work for a leading Building maintenance company
Duties for the Maintenance planner may include;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Liaising with subcontractor and engineers
- Compiling and sending out technician reports via email/PDA.
- Provide customer service to tenants
- Ensuring any relevant calls are transferred to the relevant department/team
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
- Generic administration duties
Due to the nature of the contract the candidate will have to go through a high-level clearance
