Location: Barking
Salary: £41,000- £44,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
Temp -Perm
Our client is looking for A Project manager to work as part of there repairs and maintenance department as part of the 'Decent Homes Project'
Duties:
- Co-ordinating and managing the "Decent homes project" to meet expectations and requirements
- Overseeing project accounting, costing and billing
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Monitoring of contracts to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Recruiting specialist contractors and sub-contractors
- Assisting in the maintenance of the equipment register and planned maintenance system to ensure records are compliant with legislation and meet SLA's
Requirements
- City and guilds in a Trade discipline
- Site management safety scheme
- Experience within managing a large team
- Full driving licence
- Confident in all MS Office packages
