Location: Lambeth
Salary: £15.00- £17.00 Ltd
Van: Optional
Looking for a Maintenance plumber for a Leading building maintenance company based in Lambeth.
The role consists of working on PPMs and reactive maintenance working on such items as:
- Sinks
- Pipework
- Toilets
- Pumps
- General domestic hot and cold water systems
- General building services
The ideal Candidate will have but not limited to:
- Plumbing qualifications level 2/3
- Previous experience working in Maintenance role
- L8 qualifications is preferable
Must have a Valid Driving Licence
