Store Manager
Location; Chiswick
Temp to Perm/ Perm
Salary £25,000- £30,000 per annum
Monday to Sunday - Rotas set (must be able to work weekends)
Urgently looking to recruit a professional Store Manager with a Diving passion or Knowledge to join our rapidly growing client based in Chiswick
Candidates MUST have a passion or some knowledge of Diving as you will be first point of contact for any queries, questions or advice required from customers,
Duties will include but not limited to;
- Handling all inbound enquires
- Managing a team of front of house staff- rotas, holiday, sickness, 121's
- Using strong commercial acumen to achieve the best sales results
- Managing the shop environment and displays to maximise opportunities for guests to enjoy products
- Providing recommendations of Kit being purchased
- Training new members of staff
- Handling tills and cashing up
- Assisting in any other adhoc duties as requested by the senior management
Support and advice will be provided from the specialist team from the head office in regards to kit/ equipment
