Maintenance Planner
Temp to Perm
London; Brixton
Hourly Rate: 10ph
Looking for a Maintenance planner to work for a leading Building maintenance company
Duties for the Maintenance planner may include;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails from tenants
- Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Liaising with subcontractor and engineers
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
- Generic administration duties
Previous call centre and/or social housing experience would be advantageous
