Plumber Maintenance

Location- South East London, Stratford

Ongoing contract

Salary- £30,000 + Shift Allowance

Shifts: 4 on 4 off

05:30 - 17:30 and

Urgently looking for an experienced Plumber to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our client based in Stratford

Working within a commercial environment for a leisure centre contract

  • To carry out planned fabric maintenance work
  • To carry out corrective fabric work
  • To carry out reactive fabric work
  • To carry out plumbing work
  • Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Team Leader
  • Assist with all related Health & Safety matters
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements at all times
  • To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general
