£25,000 per annum
Our client, a large building maintenance company require a Planner/ Scheduler to join their team in London on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be planning/ scheduling repairs and maintenance works for trades personnel throughout the social housing contract, within both void and occupied domestic properties.
Other duties will include liaising with tenants over the phone and in writing, dealing with complaints and rescheduling appointments, all of which require the successful candidate to be confident and have a good telephone manner.
Previous Planning/ Admin and social housing experience would be advantageous.
