Part Time Office Administrator:
Permanent Role
Location: Teddington TW11 0AP
Hours: Part time, Monday, Tuesday, Fridays (Timings can be discussed/ can be flexible) approx. 21 hours
Salary: £13.pH
Start Date: 12th September
Excellent communicator, with high organisational skills, being self-motivated and efficient can also work with a team. Being able to answers the phone dealing with clients/customers also being able to communicate via email. Being able to manage clients personal document and placing these onto a database system.
Job Role description:
Being highly organised, sorting out the recruiter's starters dealing with candidate's personal information with confidentiality and with care. In putting their information onto a database system. Dealing with Audit systems. Formatting a range of documentation.
Dealing with Temporary contractor's time sheets, making sure the correct hours are on the system for everyone making sure they get paid correctly.
Skills/ Qualifications:- Being able to handle stress
- Having a background of HR/recruitment
- Having worked in an office base environment.
- Having a Compliance background (preferred but not essential)
- BSI Certificated (preferred but is not essential)
