Office Messenger
Ongoing Contract Position
Location : London
Pay : £13.15/ Per Hour
Hours : Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm
We are actively searching for an Office Messenger for a leading facility management company.
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a high level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
Duties & Responsibilities will include but not limited to: -- Receiving, Sorting & distributing mail, parcel, documents to the different departments
- Collecting inward or outward packages
- Tracking & keeping records
- Timely responding to the email queries
- Using Franking machine, scanner, photocopy machine
- Good communication & IT skills
- Ability to multitask
- Comply with all health & safety requirements or reporting concerns
