Maintenance Electrician
Location:Vauxhall
Contract: Initially 1 month
Monday to Friday- 40 hours per week
Hours of work 7.00am till 16.00pm and 10.00am till 19.00pm
Salary ranging £28,000- £30,000 per annum
Urgently recruiting for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join a close small maintenance team based in Vauxhall within a prestigious commercial property on the river, carrying out PPM / reactive tasks and small electrical installations.
Main Responsibilities / Duties Include:
- Able to prioritisation tasks from PPM's and Helpdesk Requests, Reacting to breakdowns and changing priorities
- Safe system and work control system closeout
- Ability to stay calm during major incidents and relay accurate information to the site supervisor
- Able update jobs on a computer based system and react to breakdowns and changing priorities
- Maintain plant room area's to a clean and tidy condition
- Any additional duties as requested by the client
Candidates must have Experience in the building services plus City & Guilds qualifications in electrical / 17th edition
