Helpdesk Administrator
Contract: Ongoing
Hourly rate: £9per hour
Location: Solihull
Monday-Friday 40 hours
Start: ASAP
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company. We are looking for a Maintenance Administrator assisting on a Project basis.
Duties include:
- Issue PO's for quoted works and update the quote log
- Raise reactive works where required, make sure the log books are updated
- Generate and schedule PPM
- Escalated client queries to sub-contractors and review the progress until works are completed to standard
- Delivering on call and out of hours phone service
- Ensuring out of hours work is followed up with a site visit to check quality of work provided by the sub-contractor
- Ensure qualification registers are updated
- Meet engineers to collect paperwork and discuss issues
- Generate client monthly reports
