Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Monday- Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (Flexible)
Hourly rate £12.50 per hour
Ongoing contract
Covering Thames Valley and Sussex - Multiple building
Must hold Full UK Driving licence
Will be required to Hold/ go through Basic DBS Check
Urgently looking for a highly motivated supervisor with a proven track record required helping to manage cleaning operations within a busy multi site portfolio
Further duties
- Manage up to a team of 30 direct reports across 15 properties in Sussex/ Thames Valley
- Hands on Lead supervising the cleaning teams in the management of Waste, Pest and Landscaping services
- Dealing with basic payroll matters including organisation of overtime, time keeping and absences submissions on a weekly basis.
- Responsible for overseeing the timely and correct completion and submission of weekly cleaning time sheets
- Hold regular meetings with cleaning staff to review operations and make recommendations on how services can be improved.
- Ensure all staff within remit adhere to clients on site H&S policies
Applicants must have experience in a similar role and have good leadership and management skills with an ability to lead, train and guide others to achieve consistent standards and expectations.
