Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bromley
30k per annum
Mon - Fri 8am 5pm
Temp to Perm
Assistant Quantity Surveyor AQS required for large housing maintenance specialist. Candidates should have experience of working on Orchard or a similar system and have good knowledge of SOR Codes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities- Close coordination with the Quantity Surveying team
- Assisting preparation of site budgets
- Liaising with other departments including suppliers
- Professionally maintaining and managing supplier relationships
- Ability to raise and manage invoices
- Daily updating and management of costing spreadsheets on Excel and Access
Required skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills with high levels of numeracy and literacy
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- This role would be ideal for someone with knowledge of NHF and SOR's
