Multi Trade Repairs Supervisor required for large housing maintenance specialist with work in the Basildon area. The Multi trades supervisor will be required to run a team of 10-15 housing maintenance operatives on the Basildon area, each completing around 8 jobs per day on general housing repairs. This client is a large organisation winning contracts all over the country and has been working on housing maintenance contract for over 10 years.
The suitable repairs supervisor will have plenty of experience on housing maintenance contracts and be able to conduct toolbox talks, deal with the difficult jobs and be able to train less experienced staff. The role is half office and half field based working from Mon-Fri 8-5pm.
