Customer Service Representative (Diving Knowledge)
Location; Basingstoke (office based)
Temp to Perm or Perm
Salary £18,000-£20,000 per annum
Monday to Friday - 40 hours (must be able to work Saturdays)
Urgently looking to recruit a professional customer service representative with a Diving passion or Knowledge to join our rapidly growing client based in Basingstoke.
Candidates MUST have a passion or some knowledge of Diving as you will be first point of contact for any queries, questions or advice required from customers,
Duties will include but not limited to;
- Handling all inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain database, ensuring all up to date
- the diving equipment
- Answering all queries in regards to products through the phone, email, online queries.
- Must be computer literate
- Assisting in any other adhoc duties as requested by the senior management
Additional training will be given on specialist kit/ equipment
