Maintenance Supervisor
Fixed Term Contract- 16- 18 Months
Location; Stoke (Supervising Midlands Region)
Salary; £31,000 per annum
Vehicle provided.
Monday - Friday - 40 hrs per week
Recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Maintenance firm on an exciting project covers the UK, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor to manage a team of Mobile staff in designated regions in the UK to undertake a revamp project of equipment.
Duties will include;
- Lead and motivate a team of staff engaged in assembling and disassembling equipment.
- Planning and routing installers and assemblers to sites across region
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
- Coordinate logistics and schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Liaise with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Attend site if and when required
Candidates must be able to supply a full UK driving licence and have experience in monitoring and mentoring staff with timescales
