Up to £28,000- £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Mobile or Static (Van provided for Mobile)

Monday - Friday 40 Hours
Working for a leading Multi-National Facilities Maintenance company on an exciting Security Sensitive contract based in North West London, looking for an experienced Building Fabric Engineer to assist in dealing with the planned Maintenance across the contract.
Looking after commercial properties on a Security Sensitive contract, you will be responsible for responding to reactive works along with assigned PPM's.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance of building fabric across the commercial sites.
- Required to identify, rectify or communicate any deviation from safe operational levels during the shift.
- To ensure that the Line Manager is kept well informed of all aspects of safety performance, plant performance and customer circumstances which may impact upon the safe, efficient, reliable and cost effective operation of the plant
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will be required to go through a high level of security clearance, and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
