Large well established housing maintenance specialist requires an experienced Voids Supervisor to oversee a team of multi traders covering a patch on West London and surrounding postcodes.
Your duties will include:- Pre, mid and post inspections
- Training existing staff
- Assisting with hiring new trades
- Ensuring deadlines are reached for handover to client
- Ensuring contractors are adhering to correct practices and following Health and Safety Guidelines
The suitable Voids Supervisor must have a full UK manual driving licence.
