Employment Type: Full Time - 6 months- probation period
Location - North -West London
Start Date - ASAP
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Role Overview
Working as part of a team on the companies Social Housing Gas servicing and Reactive repairs delivery programme.- Promote the company ethos of working in an open, honest, and transparent manner at all times
- Ensure high client satisfaction is being achieved and constantly look to improve our client relationships
Working Hours (40 per week)- 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. 1 Hour Lunch
Annual Leave- 20 + 5 days excluding Bank Holidays
Main Duties- Assisting the Senior Gas administrator with the delivery of the Gas Servicing programme,
- Calling tenants to make and confirm appointments
- Learning and using the Gas Servicing programme processes
- Assisting the Reactive team to check completed works orders for pricing information
I.e., Notes, Photos, SOR (Schedule of Rates) Codes etc. prior to sending orders to commercial team
- Assisting the call takers and planners with incoming calls.
- scheduling the works to the operatives and dealing with any queries
- Completing back -office duties as required.
Skills and Knowledge
Essential- Experience in a Social Housing environment
- Confident oral and written communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Able to effectively manage time
- Able to use MS Office
