General Maintenance Operative
Location; Uxbridge
& Monday - Friday
On Going Contract
Salary £13.50ph
We are working with a leading Multi-National Facilities Maintenance company on a commercial contract based in Uxbridge.
Duties (not limited to)- Minor building fabric repairs
- Gutter & Drainage clearance
- Assisting with assembling of furniture
- Gritting/ snow clearing when required
- Minor decorating tasks
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, tap flushing / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.
- Liaise with Helpdesk and supervisors.
- Assisting engineers when required
- Always ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general.
