Contract Managers required for a mixture of social housing maintenance work on contracts in and around the M25. We require experienced contract managers ideally with a background in social housing maintenance for K&B programs, Voids, Legal disrepair and possibly reactive repairs work.The ideal contract manager will be very capable at managing employed and sub contract staff to meet deadlines and H&S standards. You will also be required to report weekly to senior management on works progress and attend client meetings.
