Senior Planner/Scheduler
Social Housing
Fixed term contract 6 months (potential to go perm)
Location: NW London
£35k circa
Our client, a small maintenance company looking after a social housing contract, are looking to employ a Senior Repairs Planner to join their busy team.
Your duties will include:- Managing a team of Repairs Planners/Administrators
- Managing the diaries of maintenance trades operatives
- Liaising with trades operatives, making sure you prioritise jobs and allocate the most relevant engineer
- Managing the delivery of excellent customer service
- Liaising with tenants with regards to their repair issues
- Administration support and data entry
- Call handling
- Updating and maintaining client/tenant records on in-house system
- Running reports from on in-house data base
- Reporting to managers/operational team
- Ensuring deadlines are met across the team
- Liaising with the end client on a weekly basis ensuring the contract runs smoothly and expectations are met
Previous experience within social housing, repairs or trades/construction is required.
Previous senior experience required (3-5yr preferably).
