Maintenance Operative
Location - Kingston
Monday to Friday
Hours - 9am - 5pm
Salary £13.50ph
Temp (6 months approx.)
An established Leading facilities maintenance company are looking for a Handyperson/ Caretaker to work within their location in Kingston.Main Responsibilities for the role include:
- Supporting the team with Minor PPM / Reactive tasks
- Ensuring H&S is always being adhered to
- Organisation of supplies/maintaining storage
- Fabric repairs such as painting walls/ covering imperfections.
- Checking for Mould and condensation
- Moving furniture / building flatpacks when required
- Ensuring urgent jobs are responded to as quickly as possible.
- Litter picking
- Fire Alarm checking
- Making sure records and systems are updated with photo evidence.
You will be required to go through security vetting if successful in the application process
