An established Leading facilities maintenance company are looking for a Handyperson on a temporary basis to start ASAP
Main Responsibilities for the role include:- Supporting the team with Minor PPM / Reactive tasks
- Fixing and repairing fabric imperfections
- Possible DIY/ building flatpacks
- Ensuring H&S is always being adhered to
- Organisation of supplies/maintaining storage
- Ensuring urgent jobs are responded to as quickly as possible
- Fire Alarm Monitoring
- Electrical appliances checks
- Legionella Flushing
- Emergency Lighting Test
- Stock take and cleaning of Maintenance stores
- Fire extinguishers checks on site
You will be required to go through a DBS if successful in the application process
