Commercial Gas / Plant Maintenance Engineer
£40,000 - £45,000k based on experience
Vehicle provided
Permanent - 8am-5pm
1 in 5 week Call Out required
Locations - Inside M25 / London
Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer required for well established maintenance company within the M25 / London area. The suitable Gas Engineer will be experienced in planned preventative maintenance, reactive callouts, and general fault finding including small work projects on all HVAC equipment
Main responsibilities for mobile Gas Engineer
- Provide a reactive and pro-active maintenance service within commercial properties
- Carry out fault finding, rectification, and planned maintenance of commercial Gas systems, including boilers, pumps and pressurisation units, and Hot and cold water systems
- Liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required and clearly communicate technical issues
- Ability to interpret drawings, instructions, and specifications
- Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, repair equipment
- Supervise apprentices
- Control van stock levels of supplies/equipment
- Conduct any additional maintenance tasks as requested by senior management
- Ensure you're following compliance with company/health and safety legislation
Requirements;
- COCN1 ACS
- Relevant HVAC qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card (desirable)
