Salary: 50-60k + Car, 23 days +8 HP
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Sector: Planned and reactive social housing maintenance
Based: Romford
Rapidly expanding housing maintenance subcontractor requires a Quantity Surveyor with recent, previous experience on social housing contracts and a good understanding of the current SOR's. You will join an established team with some lucrative London based maintenance contracts.
Experience and skills Required
- Hold a Quantity Surveying Degree.
- Experience of working in a maintenance / social housing role.
- Understanding of on-site Health & Safety requirements and responsibilities pertaining to the delivery of contracted works.
- Good demonstrable repairs SOR knowledge.
- Organised and able to work alone if required.
