Customer Services Agent
Perm - £23k - £25k based on experience
Hersham
Our client, a pet technology support company, are currently hiring for a Customer Services Agent. Their main focus is providing technology to improve relationships and experiences with customers and their pets. Your main focus will be to provide outstanding customer service to customers via phone and online.
Your duties:- Support for customers: answering calls and responding to emails, supporting the sales platforms, ensuring customer support is provided when receiving enquires on customer orders
- Feedback and reporting: liaising with manager regarding idea's on how to improve customer experience
- Knowledge: become familiar with products
- Support for company: testing new products and coming up with ideas for customers and pets
Key skills:- Competent in Microsoft (Outlook/Word)
- Verbal communication skills - telephone and written
- Have an enthusiasm for pets
- Attention to detail
- Work well in a team
