Description

Static Day Shift Commercial Plumber
Location; Hillingdon
Full-time; Monday - Friday- 40 hrs (plus on call rota)
Temp to Perm
Salary; up to £34,000 per annum
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company we are looking for an experienced commercial plumber to join their team.
Duties Include;

  • Carrying out PPM's and reactive work
  • Installing all types of Industrial and commercial Plumbing
  • Reactive breakdowns
  • General plumbing issues
  • Regular flushing / L8 checks across the building
  • Installation of appliances etc
  • A good understanding of L8 and water systems
  • Maintain/ repair building fabric issues across the site

Knowledge skills & experience

  • Time Served C&G Indentured Apprenticeship / NVQ level 3 Plumbing
  • Experience in the Industry
  • Commercial background is desirable
